Jose Marti Scholarship - Online Application

The Jose Marti Scholarship makes awards to outstanding undergraduate students attending FIU’s Biscayne Bay Campus. Freshman are encouraged to apply. Fill out our easy online application or fill out the PDF version and turn it in at LIB 311 (BBC).

Award Criteria: Eligible students must:

1. Be a full-time undergraduate students (enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits)
2. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (incoming Freshmen's high school transcript will be accepted)
3. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Deadline: Rolling deadline until all scholarships are awarded.

Application Requirements

1. Essay: One page, 12-point and double-spaced - In the spirit of Jose Marti, what are the main values to universal human rights and the definition of global citizenship?
2. Unofficial transcript
3. Resume (highlighting community service and/or leadership activities)

Aventura Marketing Council Fellowship - Online Application

The Aventura Marketing Council (AMC) Fellowship program makes awards on a renewable basis to outstanding undergraduate students attending FIU’s Biscayne Bay Campus. Freshman and international students are encouraged to apply. Fill out our easy online application or fill out the PDF version and turn it in at LIB 311 (BBC).

Award Criteria: Eligible students must:

1. Be a full-time undergraduate student (enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits)
2. Be enrolled for 9 credit hours at BBC
3. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (Incoming Freshmen's high school transcripts will be accepted)
4. Demonstrate involvement in student life and community service (High School included)
5. International students are eligible
